A while back I showed some concept art from the movie Green Lantern (2011) that showed light coming from Oa's core. I speculated that it was from the underground power battery and it looks like its been confirmed in the latest concept art.
According to CosmicBookNews, the back of Green Lantern #63 has an exclusive illustration from the upcoming movie.
The text at the bottom says: "Concept art of Green Lantern energy rising from the central power battery through the 'Sacre Coeur' building on Oa."
Basilique du Sacré Cœur is a church in France, so this is just a nickname because of the similar styled dome.
