Every Friday I feature artwork from a classic of science fiction cinema. This week's "Flashback Friday" post is on Jurassic Park (1993).
Two of the storyboard artists on that classic film are David Lowery, John Bell and TyRuben Ellingson.
David Lowery is a professional storyboard artist who's worked on blockbuster movies like Minority Report (2002), Spider-Man 2 (2004) and Iron Man (2008). TyRuben "Ty" Ellingson is a conceptual designer for Hollywood films like Star Wars (1977), Avatar (2009) and Pacific Rim (2013).

Official JURASSIC PARK Synopsis
Huge advancements in scientific technology have been able to create an island full of living dinosaurs. John Hammond (Richard Attenborough) invited four people and two grandchildren to join him at Jurassic Park - Jurassic Park. But will everything goes according to plan? Especially when one of the park staff tries to steal the dinosaurs embryos, and have to shut down all the electricity in the process. Now it's a race for survival for all that are scattered throughout the island.
Starring Sam Neill, Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, Samuel L. Jackson and Richard Attenborough, the film based on the book by Michael Crichton is produced by Kathleen Kennedy and Gerald R. Molen.
